The BB needs to allow for emails moved to a personal folder on my PC to be deleted from the BB Inbox. That is why I move them in the first place - to move things I don't need cluttering up my Inbox but want access to later (from my PC obviously). Why must they stick around to clutter up my BB? Crazy.

Also interested int he question about moving an e-mail to a pst folder. How do you get the Blackberry to pick up that change, hence delete it from the BB?

Thanks

I would like to add one important issue, which I was facing, and our tech support resolved (Thanks Habeeb!)

Reconciliation will NOT work, if the number of items in the deleted items folder is too large! Since the Blackberry server scans the deleted items folder to decide which items should be removed from the device, if this list is too big, (I think) it just gives up.

To confirm if this is the issue, clear the deleted items folder completely. (If you are uncomfortable doing this, archive the folder into another PST, or move it to another folder). Then try the reconciliation. It should work, if all other setting are fine. If it does, and the deleted items folder is the issue, set Auto Archive to archive this folder every two days into a PST, so that it never grows too big.

Thanks for the post. I'm accessing my work email via Blackberry Internet Service on my 8100. My employer recently changed a domain name server to point to new Exchange servers. I wound up having to delete my existing email account on my Blackberry, and create a new one (with the same email address). I am now successfully receiving emails but have noticed a strange pattern

If I reply to a message on my destop Outlook client, (this happens even in draft/save mode)
-	I will receive the original message (from the sender) again on my phone, but not my on the client or Outlook web

I never noticed this pattern prior to deleting my existing account and creating the new one.

My email reconcilation settings are:
Delete on: Prompt
Wireless Reconcile: On
On Conflicts: Mailbox Wins

Also, I have verified that the Auto BCC option is not selected.

Thanks in advance for any advice!
