What if I am trying to do the exact opposite? I have several email accounts set up on my Blackberry and also set up on my home office computer using outlook. For some reason, recently, my emails are disappearing off my blackberry even though I am not deleting them on the phone or outlook. It is currently 1/11/10 and my email on the blackberry only goes back until 12/24/2009. I rarely use my desktop. Any suggestions?

Thanks

This site has been very helpful over my BES project, thanks for your notes!

If users archives a message the same day they recieved it, is there a way to remove if from the BB as well or are they then required to delete it on their BB?

Juan
No, if you move email to other folder it doesn't disappear from BB device.
The icon of message will change but will stay in your blackberry.

Grea post, specially the Outlook delete portion where it takes time. For users who do not accept the fact that it is just how BES works, here is my test by looking at the log on BES. It is actually determined by the rescan schedule.

Thanks!

The tip about not using "Shift-Delete" when deleting emails helped. I have my Outlook set to empty the trash bin any time it exits...I believe that was causing some of my problems.
