I've developed a freeware utility that shows new user accounts created within an Active Directory forest. It's a command line utility that outputs a tab-delimited file that is easily opened in Excel and other spreadsheet programs. The utility can run as any user account and does not need domain administrator permissions so you can give it to your internal audit and/or security teams to run. You can download NewUsers.exe at http://itchanged.com/NewUsersFreeUtility.html.
