I too am running 2 2008 Terminal Service Servers with a 2003 DC and currently running windows 7.

My issue here is, my GPO aren’t applying to windows 7 or 2008. I’m guessing that after I do the above, my GPO’s in my 2003 DC’s will finally apply to windows 7 & 2008?

Is there a difference for domain controller security policies between 2003 DC and 2008 DC?

Actually the correct directory on that image is D:supportadprep

And depending on the OS you either run adprep32 for x86 or adprep for x64.

So for a 32 bit 2003 install you would run the following from the adprep directory:

D:supportadprep> adprep32 /forestprep

Sysprep and Domainprep utilities are located on windows 2008 CD just browse to the sourcesadprep directory

Where do you get the schema extensions required to run adprep in step 1? I’m trying to do this, but do not have 2008 yet.
