Outlook 2007 Business manager can be uninstalled via Add or Remove Programs (Programs and Features in Vista)
However, if you want to keep Business Contact Manager and only remove it from outlook it can be done via registry:

1. Close Outlook.
2. Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
3. Navigate to the  following registry key:

   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftOfficeOutlookAddinsMicrosoft.BusinessSolutions.eCRM.OutlookAddIn.Connect.1

4. Right-click on  LoadBehavior, and chose Modify.
5. In the Value data box, set 1, and then click OK.
6. Quit Registry Editor.
7. Start Outlook.
