Reduce calendar size in Outlook 2003-2007

To cleanup your calendar size you can delete old meetings and meetings with attachments.

  1. navigate to your calendar.
  2. Press on View and chose “all appointments”

  3. Chose those that you’d like to delete.

    I think that, when you do what you suggest, you effectively delete the appointments form your calender. But shouldn’t you do a “compact folders” or similar action if you really want to free up the space on your harddisk? Otherwise I think that the .pst file size will remain unchanged?
