Reduce calendar size in Outlook 2003-2007
To cleanup your calendar size you can delete old meetings and meetings with attachments.
- navigate to your calendar.
- Press on View and chose “all appointments”
- Chose those that you’d like to delete.

I think that, when you do what you suggest, you effectively delete the appointments form your calender. But shouldn’t you do a “compact folders” or similar action if you really want to free up the space on your harddisk? Otherwise I think that the .pst file size will remain unchanged?
