Windows 7 has a great built in feature called “Problem Recorder” the tool records your steps to MHT file
To run Problem Recorder just press on windows logo button and type “psr” in search field > Hit the enter key
When recorder appear 
just press on “Start Record” and it will record all your actions.
When you finished press on “Stop Record”
You will be prompted to save a file > type desired name and press save.
The program will create Zip file with mht document.
Now you can send the file to your support department .
