To fix that you need to open BES manager on your blackberry server.
- Select servername_MDS-CS_1
- Select the Connections Tab and click Edit Properties
- Under General navigate to Flow Control
- Change Maximum KB/Connection settings to 1024
- Restart the Blackberry MDS Connection Service
That should solve BB Error 413 errors
