Microsoft have a local version of Windows Mobile emulator , this version can be used for development and testing of mobile application.
Network administrators love this tool , it allows them to test mobile applications in their network

You need to download a few components in order to use Windows mobile emulator app.

efp.msi- The emulator itself
V1Emulator.zip -  MSFP image files.

Note: This emulator is NOT compatible with the Windows Mobile 2003 images that you may find on Microsoft’s web site. It only works for Windows Mobile 5.0 images.
