If you installed office in the same way you install it on your desktop.
Your user information will be replicated to all other users.

You may receive complaints that some excel or word files are been hold by your username or username you used to install Office.

You can fix it the following way.

Search for the user in registry
One of the keys under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurentVersion\Installer\UserData\ will have office instalation details.

Delete user RegOwner key Information.

Continue searching the registry right-click and delete the Username and UserInitials with problematic username

  • After you finished writing your  email, don’t click Send (yet).
  • In Outlook 2007:
    • Click Options
    • Then click on Delay Delivery and schedule when to send the message

Just fill when you want to send the message as seen on the image bellow

In other versions of Outlook: Click Options on the toolbar to display the Message Options screen.

Under Delivery Options, tick "Do not deliver before" and fill in the relevant date and time. Click Close.

Now click Send!

Your email will be moved to the Outbox but will not be sent out until the first time (after your set time) that Outlook does a Send & Receive.

/adminfile [path] – Applies the specified Setup customization file to the installation.   • Go to group policy by running gpo.msc from run.
  • Navigate to User Configuration\ Administrative Templates.
