Disable HA on ESX cluster Connect to problematic server via SHH or server console : rpm -ev Vmware-vpxa-<version> (you can find out the module version by doing rpm -qa | grep vpx) rpm -ev <LGTO vm module> (you can find out the module name by doing rpm -qa | grep LGTO) rpm -ev <LGTO agent module> (you can find out the module name by doing rpm -qa | grep LGTO) 2.
