We offer this website, including all information, tools, workshops, coaching, courses, and prints available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting this site, booking a workshop, booking a coaching session, enrolling in the online course, or purchasing a print, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including any additional terms referenced here or available by hyperlink (such as our Privacy Policy). These Terms apply to all visitors, workshop participants, coaching clients, course students, and print buyers.
Please read these Terms carefully before booking or purchasing anything. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the site or Service after changes are posted means you accept the changes.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to book a workshop, book coaching, enrol in the course, or purchase a print. You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, and you must not attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the site or its underlying systems.
Workshops and tours (India, Nepal, China, and other destinations as listed on the site) involve travel, walking, and shooting in real street and outdoor environments, sometimes in crowded, uneven, or unpredictable conditions.
To sign up. Send a message to confirm availability. A deposit is required to secure your spot, with the full balance due 2 months (60 days) before the workshop begins. A minimum of 3 participants is required for the workshop to proceed.
If you need to cancel. If you have to cancel, we will make every effort to find a replacement for your spot. If a replacement is found, you will be refunded in full. If the spot remains empty, the following fees apply:
If we cancel. In the unlikely event we must cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund of the workshop fee. We cannot be responsible for non-refundable expenses such as flights or visas. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Travel insurance. You are strongly encouraged to buy travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation. We do not provide travel, health, or evacuation insurance, and we are not responsible for costs arising from illness, injury, flight disruption, visa issues, or other travel problems.
Group harmony. These are small, intimate groups where mutual respect is vital. In very rare cases where a participant's behavior consistently disturbs the harmony of the group, they may be asked to leave the workshop. In this instance, no refund will be provided.
Liability. We will always do our best to help with any trouble, but we are providing a teaching experience, not a travel agency service. We are not responsible for personal loss, accidents, health issues, or travel delays. By joining a workshop, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and belongings.
Third-party providers. Hotels, drivers, guides, airlines, and other third parties used during a workshop are independent providers. We select them carefully, but we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, cancellations, or service quality.
Photographs taken during workshops. We may photograph or film group activities during workshops for teaching and marketing use (site, social media, future course material). If you prefer not to appear in this material, let us know before the workshop starts and we will respect that.
Coaching sessions are booked in advance for a set time and format (for example, a photo review call). Once a session is delivered, it is considered complete and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact us with as much notice as possible.
Feedback given during coaching reflects our professional opinion and experience. It is guidance, not a guarantee of any particular outcome, sale, publication, or result.
When you purchase access to the course, you're buying a personal, non-transferable licence to view the course material for your own learning. You may not share your login, download and redistribute the videos or materials, resell access, or use the material to teach or create a competing course.
Payment for the course is processed through PayPal. We do not see or store your card details; that is handled entirely by PayPal under their own terms.
Refunds. Refund available within 30 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been viewed.
We may update, improve, or reorganise course content over time. Enrolled students keep access to the current version of the course under the same login.
The course teaches photography skills and judgement. It does not guarantee any specific result - such as improved sales, followers, publication, or income - since that depends on your own practice and circumstances.
Prints sold through the site store are made to order. We describe and photograph each print as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color and finish between your screen and the physical print are normal and are not a defect.
All photographs, writing, course videos, and other content on this site are our copyrighted work unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use this content commercially without our written permission. You're welcome to share links to our site and posts, and to quote short excerpts with credit and a link back.
If you send us comments, questions, workshop reviews, or other feedback - through the site, email, or social media - you agree we can use, quote, and publish that feedback (for example as a testimonial) without compensation, unless you tell us otherwise. You're responsible for making sure anything you submit doesn't infringe someone else's rights and isn't false, abusive, or unlawful.
The site may link to third-party sites (for example, our course platform, PayPal, or press features) or use third-party tools (for example, our website host, email provider, or analytics). We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Review their own terms and privacy policies before using them.
We try to keep workshop dates, prices, course details, and print listings accurate and current, but errors can happen, a typo in a price, an outdated availability date, and so on.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or decline an order made based on incorrect information, and we'll let you know if that affects a booking you've already made.
Any personal information you give us, for booking, coaching, course enrolment, or a print order is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
The site and Service are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we don't guarantee any particular outcome from a workshop, coaching session, or course.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gil Kreslavsky is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income, lost opportunities, or travel-related losses - arising from your use of the Service, a workshop, coaching, the course, or a print purchase, except where caused by our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the relevant service.
You agree to hold us harmless from any claim or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or a third party's rights.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in full effect, and the unenforceable part will be applied as closely as possible to its original intent.
We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you breach these Terms - for example, by sharing course access, reselling material, or abusive behaviour toward us or other participants.
Fees already paid for services already delivered are non-refundable in that case.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific booking confirmation or course order details, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and replace any earlier agreements or understandings on the same subject.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be handled in the courts of Israel, unless local consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of the site or Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
